Individual Psychological Support

Meet your Psychologist

Hi, I’m Anna, founder of Sunroom Psychology and a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working across hospital, community, and private practice settings.

I have a special interest in supporting women and families through the perinatal period including experiences related to fertility, pregnancy, birth, and the transition to parenthood. I also work with people navigating chronic pain and health conditions, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression and women’s health concerns.

Depending on your needs and goals, I may draw on a variety of therapies including: EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT, CBT, and DBT, alongside relational and attachment-informed approaches through my training with the Gottman Institute and Circle of Security.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence. My aim is to work alongside you as we make sense of your experiences in a way that feels safe and meaningful, while supporting you to make the changes that matter most to you.

I look forward to welcoming you when you’re ready to take your first step in your therapy journey.
